Studio

Our large 2400 sqft studio can hold up to 50 adults for our group exercise programs. We offer a variety of classes including low and high impact, step, spin, core stability, and strength conditioning. We also rent out the studio to community clubs such as jiu-jitsue, yoga, and dance clubs.

The studio has a synthetic flooring specifically designed to reduce stress on joints, reduce slippage, and significantly reduce injuries from falls.
